How solar storage batteries are manufactured and assembled, from incoming cells to a tested, shipping ready pack. Twenty one modules in four learning paths, Foundation, Operator, Technician, and Quality and Lead, closing with five Technician Deep Dives on welding engineering, BMS diagnostics, thermal runaway science, grading science, and failure analysis. Every module pairs a full lesson with a five question Check at an eighty percent pass mark. The course is aligned to industry standards including IEC 62619 for industrial and stationary battery safety, and it prepares learners for the work without claiming any third party certification.
