How data center critical facilities are powered, cooled, protected, and kept running, from the critical power chain and cooling systems to electrical safety, monitoring, incident response, and commissioning. Nineteen modules in four learning paths, Foundation, Facilities Technician, Critical Operations, and Lead and Reliability, closing with two Technician Deep Dives on UPS and battery systems in depth and cooling failure response. Every module pairs a full lesson with a five question Check at an eighty percent pass mark. The course offers aligned preparation toward industry credentials such as Uptime Institute and CDCP style programs, with electrical safety anchored in NFPA 70E, and it prepares learners for the work without claiming any third party certification.
